TERMS OF USE

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the website of Nitro Digital Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Scope and Purpose

This Site serves as the gateway to nitro’s Global Value Asset (GVA) infrastructure. It provides both informational content regarding our services and functional access to our proprietary digital enablement platforms, including BridgeOS software (currently included the platform named, ‘eDeta’). By accessing these platforms, you acknowledge that you are engaging with a professional engineering environment designed for pharmaceutical content localisation and governance.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Site and the BridgeOS and eDeta platforms- including but not limited to source code, architecture, "GVA" methodologies, and design -are owned by or licensed to nitro.

While client-provided content remains the property of the client, the underlying "Execution Infrastructure" used to process that content remains the exclusive property of nitro. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platforms.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and any software used, is the property of Nitro Digital Limited or is used by us under a valid license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site’s content for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Client-Related Materials

From time to time, we may feature work produced for our clients in our portfolio or on this Site. All intellectual property in such materials remains owned by the respective client or us, as applicable. No license or permission to use such materials is granted except as part of your browsing experience.

Platform Access and User Conduct

Account Initialization:

Access to the BridgeOS platform is triggered via an invitation protocol. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.

Deterministic Workflows:

The platform operates on a closed-loop system. Manual amendments to assets are governed by technical gates, including the "Master" switch and formal "Feedback Round" closures, to ensure version integrity and prevent "Operational Decay."

System Outputs:

The platform generates PDF exports and Approved for Delivery (AFD) labels to facilitate internal Medico-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) approval cycles (e.g., Veeva Vault). nitro provides the technical infrastructure for these outputs; the user remains responsible for the final clinical and regulatory accuracy of any content they edit.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to use the platform to upload malicious code, attempt to bypass governance "gates," or reverse-engineer the BridgeOS architecture. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who bypasses these operational safeguards.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us of those third-party sites. We have no control over the content or practices of any linked sites and assume no responsibility for them. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for the content, products, services, or other materials available from third-party sites.
