We continue our Digital Health Futures series with digital health innovators and startups. This time, we had the privilege to talk to Dr. Kadri Haljas, a founder and CEO of Triumf Health. Triumf Health delivers digital therapeutics to children aged 7-14 through a mobile game to improve their mental wellbeing and quality of life.

During the interview, we discuss mental health and the role digital plays in improving our overall wellbeing. We also talk about learning to cope with health problems, especially how kids can learn to take better care of their health in the early stage by using mobile apps such as the one Kadri and her team have developed.

"We can not turn back the time... We are competing with the rest of the applications. So, if we talk about disease management, or having something to do with healthy behaviors, then it needs to be delivered in a fun way as well."

During this Mental Health Awareness week, let's take care of each other and be mindful of our well-being.
